For people who want the corny scenes, you NEED to let MALO FREE and UNRESTRICTED. You'll also get more informations about some important event by giving her more freedom.
In my first run, i actually did put a leash on her, and it was Vanilla with nothing happening. But let her free the second. She needs to be free.

That was peak cinema. When (Who I assume) the foundation came to the door I was so ready to see the MTF and.... end of demo thing. I CANNOT WAIT! This is peak cinema. But, can you add like a sequence where it is just like an actual romance with both of them? Anyways, peak cinema, peak game, can't wait for more.
Extremely well thought out and beautiful game, gameplay wise and story wise. Very poetic and cannot compare to the modern day AI slop being pushed out nowadays.... Extremely poetic and every person needs to play this game atleast once. It is truly life changing. I did lose 200 pounds just for a chance to be with this furry goddess, but she will never love me. Infact, I might even leave her. Fuck you.
I really find it interesting how the creature really does grow based on how you interact with it. I'm oddly enough hoping that down the line we get access to a sort of balanced romance/sexual interaction path that treats the thing as a proper person (and of course allows materialization in the world). Without the... unfortunate side effect of what happens when you basically go full sex mode in current content. I will say however, that if it ONLY ever leads to bad ends, that does kind of seemingly destroy the whole... point? Of a vn like this. To me at least. xD I mean the selling point of this is obviously to interact with and (probably) inevitably do lewd stuff to it. So having it exclusively lead to bad shit going down? I dunno. Either way, so far I've loved it.
It’s sad to admit that the game is only in English for now, but judging by the records, this will be fixed soon, and it’s not easy to follow events on discord when you live in a country where it was banned, I’m waiting for Act 3 as if it’s my last day, we’ll wait until April to play to this masterpiece again
I will be honest I would love it if you had the option to play as a girl as well in the story as I don't think it would really change much other than sex scenes and some interactions. I do really love the story so far though~

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY TO GET TO THIS ENDING you have to tell your friend about Malo and coming down to the end decline your friends handjob offer and it will lead to this ending where she's literally acting like a succubus draining the player dry
I'm not actually sure that it's actually the sex that kills the player as much as... She literally somehow destroys the world while doing it, if you look at what kind of events go on etc. Plus she flat out says 'while your world ends'.
She saying that isn't the world ending, it's just the matter of fact, for whatever reason, your body destroys itself because of... pent up sexual energy? And that is cured by the.. non-MALO sexual interaction..? Seems like a weird story choice.
You need to not impose restrictions on MalOn let her look through your porn files and always give her what she wants, tell your friend about it and accept to let her fap you. Although when going in Extras I see 4 scenes.
It has no flaws, it just needs time to be developed and if it continues to be as amazing as it already is then it will be worth the wait to see it completed. Please make this a great and long story if you can, I truly do enjoy this.

There's technically a 4th one which you get for turning down your friends "offer" but it uses a similar CG to a previous scene and is a bad end.

As far as I know its only the first act. As for the nsfw you either have to (re)enable it in preferences, else you have to choose it in the story.
Act 1 was up until MalO talked for the first time. There is indeed NSFW content in the game currently.
